After Primalien and Derekzona on the electric guitar, I simplified to Derek PS. The acoustic guitar brought out my voice. This year I've tried to defy the tone and become a high strung piano playing desert sunsets of design. Recently, I felt the need to plug in because the acoustic recordings can be sort of thin despite the reverb effect. The Electric Holiday series is my chance to place my vocal acrobatics on a full ranch of sound. I am tackling different music ideas brought up on the acoustic, and assembling the hours that will displace the smelly old tape in terms of efficient transmission.
